Now the real question is what this jacket is actually supposed to be? It does not call itself a winter coat but seems to be being reviewed that way. The weight should tell you all you need to know about 1 pound. That makes this jacket nothing more then an outer shell / rain jacket. Either layer an actual winter coat under it in order to handle the comments of wearing this in 10 degree weather with a tee shirt or plan on freezing your proverbial butt off. I bought this as more then what it was advertised because of what can only be bogus reviews. This is NOT nor could it ever be considered a winter coat / waterproof windproof is probably correct / ski jacket seems a little far fetched...
