I purchased this jacket for my husband. This jacket is probably best for 50-60 degree F weather. I recommend layering clothes if using the jacket in 50 degree weather.

Based on the cons below, I would not recommend this jacket.

Pros:
- contains large inside pockets so you can use to hold your phone or small tablet.
- comes with a pouch for easy storage
- lightweight

Cons:
- The outside pockets aren't deep, so your phone may fall out while you're walking
- The jacket feels thin
- Sizing is on the small side, especially if you're taller than 5'9" as the sleeves might feel too short.
- Feathers keep poking through the jacket and will stick to your shirt
